The Assisted Living Services Agency (ALSA) is a state-licensed agency staffed with registered nurses, personal care attendants, companions and homemakers who have years of experience providing seamless care to residents at Avery Heights.

ALSA offerings can be provided on a scheduled or on-demand basis. Residents at Avery Heights Assisted Living can receive on-demand services, while other residents in Avery Heights Independent Living community can schedule Assisted Living services on an à la carte basis.

Following a comprehensive clinical assessment, a care plan is developed by ALSA with participation of the resident and family.

The ALSA nurses are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
