Cottage Charm
Reigns Supreme
If you
like your privacy,
prefer to do most of your own meal preparation, and enjoy popping out
the front door to water the flowers or join a friend for a good walk,
than living in one of the 70 cottages on campus might be just right for
you.
Cottagers are members of THE HEIGHTS
community and are a stone's throw from its shops, barber, beauty salon,
and vibrant social gatherings and activities. A shuttle bus makes regular rounds to transport Cottagers to
and from the grocery store and other local destinations. Assigned
parking spaces come with each cottage for those who prefer to drive
their own car.
Each one- or two-bedroom cottage is designed in a classic New England
style and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, a gracious
living room and a yard for gardening or birdwatching.
In the cottage community
residents live independently in a caring and secure neighborhood
environment with so many conveniences close at hand.
