The Continuum of Care at Avery Heights

Residents of THE HEIGHTS are within the easy reach of a wide range of "as needed" services right on the Avery Heights campus.
• When Betty Conors broke her hip, she received all of the short-term rehabilitation care she needed at Avery Heights Brainard Rehabilitation Wing so that she could soon return to cottage living.

• When Bob Rosetti's wife Marg developed memory problems, he knew that while he ran errands, she would be safe and cared for at our Adult Day Care center on campus.
